From me: A fun somewhat light hearted movie about love. Not really a HAHAHAHHAH kind of comedy it's more of a Romance Comedy than a Comedy Romance movie. The movie is 1hr45mins or so and it just flies by and that is always a sign of an entertaining movie.

Audio: 9/10. A kicking soundtrack of 80s and earlier music really fits well into this movie that takes place in the 80s. Songs range from "Rock Me Amadeus" by Falco to "Breaking the Law" by Judas Priest and a lot in between. There are some spots where the music hits you like a left hook from out of no where and takes down the dialog so I can not give this a 10.

Writing: 10/10. I really enjoyed the writing of this movie. you will not find one cardboard cut out in this movie. All the chars are very diff. They range from the virgin who is waiting for the one to the chick who is boning a married dude to a semi retard parking lot attendant. Then you have lines like this:

Tommy Frigo: don't get all drunk and fall asleep.
James Brennan: why?
Tommy Frigo: 'cause i'll jack off on your face.

James Brennan: [Falco's Rock Me Amadeus song is played once again at the amusement park] Jesus Fucking Christ! They play this song like 20 times a day!
Joel: Fucking sadists. Fucking sadists!


Acting: 8/10. The acting was not bad, just not a 10. I can't really explain why, it just is. I think it maybe who they got for some of the roles or maybe I think some of the actors should have been switched with other actors. Guess that goes back to who they got for some of the roles. Anyways the acting is good and you're not going to say to yourself this shit is bad.

Dir/Ed: 5/10. Normal and safe. It was wise to play this one safe the story does not ask for any odd cam or editing work.

Bottom Line: Rent this and what watch it with your other half. If you are single you may want to stay way from it. It's deff more of a date movie.

P.S: Yes, Yes I would bone Kristen Stewart who co-stars in this movie. Bone her nice and hard. and LONG.
